The Good People Fund and JCS Kosher Food Bank

Join Righteous Crowd in supporting The Good People Fund and JCS Kosher Food Bank

We want to wish everyone a Happy Passover!

As we approach Passover, we are donating to two organizations and hope that you will join us.

The Cause: Food insecurity

The Reason: There is an important tradition to give Maot Chitim, translated to "wheat money," to make sure that everyone is able to have food to celebrate the Passover holiday.

Organization #1: THE GOOD PEOPLE FUND

The Big Idea: The Good People Fund supports small, impactful not-for-profits helping vulnerable populations.

At this time, Righteous Crowd is donating to The Good People Fund to ease hunger both here in the U.S. and in Israel, whether it be the 90 year-old Holocaust survivor, the family living in an inner-city food desert or a young mother and her young children with limited means.

Please join us in donating to The Good People Fund.

Organization #2: JCS KOSHER FOOD BANK

The Big Idea: The food insecurity rate in Miami is nearly 20%. It is even higher among homebound seniors, single parent households and those facing difficult economic times. The food bank, Feeding South Florida, estimates there are more than 705,000 people experiencing food insecurity in South Florida region. Join us in supporting the only kosher food bank in Miami-Dade County. More than 800 low-income seniors (many of which are Holocaust survivors) will receive meals for Passover.
